📋 Description

• Identify, screen, interview, and support the recruitment of qualified healthcare professionals • Coordinate and fill cases by matching available and suitable ABA Therapists, Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs), and BCBAs with families • Source, screen, and interview potential top talent for available cases • Communicate with clinicians and families to ensure appropriate coverage • Onboard clinicians and prepare them to begin providing services • Manage sensitive, nuanced customer service interactions with professionalism and care • Ensure all coordination is accurate, timely, and well-organized in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruiter in the healthcare industry • ABA experience is a plus, but not essential • Psychology background might also be advantageous • Excellent English communication and fluency • High emotional intelligence and strong intuition • Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to move quickly when needed • Strong problem-solving and “puzzle-piece” matching ability • Good general computer literacy • Comfortable working across multiple systems and digital platforms • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook • Experience with ATS or recruitment platforms is advantageous • Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory • Reliable power backup is required to manage load shedding or outages
