📋 Description

• Verify patient insurance coverage for transportation services • Coordinate with in-network transportation providers to arrange patient rides • Manage complex booking scenarios requiring problem-solving and alternative solutions • Ensure all possible options are exhausted to secure transport for patients • Communicate effectively with medical insurance providers, patients, and internal teams • Maintain accurate records of bookings, verifications, and communications • Take ownership of cases from initiation through to successful resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in **insurance verification and authorization, EMS operations, dispatch coordination, or medical transportation** • Strong understanding of US healthcare or **insurance-related workflows** and **healthcare transportation** • Exceptional English communication skills • Proven ability to **think critically and resolve complex coordination challenges** • Strong organizational and time management skills • **Client-service mindset** with a proactive, solutions-driven approach • Ability to **work independently** and take ownership of tasks
