📋 Description
• STA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company partnering with a USA-based client in the Healthcare (ABA Therapy) Industry. We are currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic and growing remote team. • Working Hours: EST hours, Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time - subject to change dependent on daylight savings). • Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. • Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. • Job Responsibilities: • Review incoming resumes and assess candidate suitability. • Conduct initial phone screens and deeper interview rounds. • Represent the company with professionalism and warmth during candidate interactions. • Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all requirements are met. • Maintain candidate records and communicate status updates to internal teams.

• Fluent and professional English communication. • Patient, friendly phone demeanour. • Energetic and personable – you’ll be the first point of contact for candidates. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Basic computer literacy. • Confident navigating MS Office and Outlook. • Experience in recruiting, HR, or onboarding processes. • Background in the ABA therapy industry is a strong plus.
