📋 Description

• Act as a key interface between the development team and customers • Support the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation to a successful go-live • Analyze customers' existing business processes • Develop efficient digitization and automation concepts • Evaluate and specify business and technical requirements • Advise customers on introducing and optimizing document management and process automation solutions • Support the implementation of software solutions and workflows on-site and remotely • Ensure high solution quality • Facilitate effective knowledge transfer to customers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field • At least three years of professional experience with document management systems or process automation solutions • Strong technical understanding • Ability to translate technical requirements into customer-focused solutions • Experience working with software development or technical project teams • Experience using Jira • Initial experience in project or subproject management is an advantage • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
