• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (end-to-end) for assigned technical roles • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the Delivery Manager to understand role requirements and priorities • Proactively source and engage candidates via LinkedIn and other relevant channels • Conduct HR screenings and shortlist qualified candidates • Present shortlisted candidates to the Delivery Manager for client submission and further discussions • Coordinate interview scheduling and ensure a smooth process between candidates and internal stakeholders • Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process • Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular recruitment updates to the Delivery Manager
• 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment • Proven track record of delivering candidates quickly for technical roles • Strong understanding of IT profiles (e.g., software development, DevOps, QA, Data, etc.) • Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines • Professional level of English.
