📋 Description

• Support mapping and organization of financial processes; • Assist in creating and improving internal controls; • Support preparation and updating of spreadsheets and reports; • Identify opportunities for improvement in the department's routines; • Support structuring of automated financial processes; • Assist in organizing financial documents and information; • Provide support to the finance team's requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields; • Interest in processes, organization, and continuous improvement; • Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented profile; • Previous experience or exposure to administrative and financial activities; • Experience with financial routines; • Familiarity with automation, productivity tools, or data analysis; • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and organizing information.
