📋 Description

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues in client environments • Perform troubleshooting and monitor incidents through to resolution • Support clients, answer questions, present analyses, and provide guidance on remediation • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SOC processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a SOC, working at N2 and/or N3 levels • Hands-on experience with SIEM • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues • Strong communication skills and experience providing customer support • Organizational skills and autonomy in managing technical requests • Preferred: experience creating and tuning correlation rules • Preferred: knowledge of SOAR, EDR, and other security tools • Preferred: experience in MSSP environments
