📋 Description
• Analyze security alerts and manage critical incidents, leading the response to threats. • Advise technical teams on best practices and security requirements. • Design and implement solutions in collaboration with other departments such as cloud and networking. • Drive the automation and optimization of security tasks using modern tools. • Conduct threat modeling sessions and lead the definition of security KPIs. • Document technical and operational procedures accurately. • Guide, mentor, and train junior technical staff. • Coordinate with external providers (MDR/SOC).
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering and operations. • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure, Defender Suite, Sentinel, Cloud Apps, and hybrid identity management with Azure AD. • Experience with outsourced MDR/SOC (e.g., Arctic Wolf) and Palo Alto firewalls. • Proficiency in incident response and leadership in complex technical environments. • Ability to automate tasks using scripting (Python or similar). • Experience in the design and documentation of technical processes. • Proactive attitude, technical leadership, open communication, and a genuine passion for security. • C1 level of English (international environment, all communication in English). • Experience in threat modeling and metrics definition is a plus. • Formal degrees are not required, but technical excellence and a willingness to learn are essential.
