• Own product strategy across a defined portfolio • Translate strategy into clear bets and measurable outcomes • Lead quarterly planning and roadmap governance • Identify and prioritize AI opportunities • Partner with Engineering and Data to shape AI-enabled initiatives • Lead the Delivery team to ensure high-quality execution across multiple squads • Drive cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations • Set the bar for product artifacts and delivery readiness • Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and Delivery leads • Serve as a senior partner to Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Customer teams
• 8+ years of Product Management experience • 3+ years leading Product Managers and/or delivery functions • experience building and scaling high-scale digital platforms • Proven track record leading multi-team roadmaps and shipping customer-facing experiences • AI fluency, with experience shipping AI-enabled product capabilities • experience automating business operations to achieve scalability • Strong product judgment • Strong analytical mindset • Strong cross-functional leadership • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
