⢠Develop and implement a CRM strategy for interacting with different customer segments ⢠Find optimal services and solutions for CRM marketing, integrate third-party services, and participate in the development of internal ones ⢠Segment and analyze the customer base ⢠Manage the CRM department: copywriters, email managers, and designers ⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams and plan activities jointly with school product managers ⢠Budget, plan, and monitor departmental performance indicators, and adjust strategies and tactics for internal communication channels with the customer base ⢠Develop and manage a webinar chain.
⢠At least two years of experience in CRM marketing ⢠A proven track record of exponential sales growth using CRM marketing, proprietary segmentation, and reporting techniques ⢠Analytical skills, product-based approach to selecting and testing hypotheses ⢠Focus on results (bottom line revenue) ⢠Experience with traffic and email analytics systems ⢠English proficiency at level B2 or higher.
