šŸ“‹ Description

• Develop and implement a CRM strategy for interacting with different customer segments • Find optimal services and solutions for CRM marketing, integrate third-party services, and participate in the development of internal ones • Segment and analyze the customer base • Manage the CRM department: copywriters, email managers, and designers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and plan activities jointly with school product managers • Budget, plan, and monitor departmental performance indicators, and adjust strategies and tactics for internal communication channels with the customer base • Develop and manage a webinar chain.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

• At least two years of experience in CRM marketing • A proven track record of exponential sales growth using CRM marketing, proprietary segmentation, and reporting techniques • Analytical skills, product-based approach to selecting and testing hypotheses • Focus on results (bottom line revenue) • Experience with traffic and email analytics systems • English proficiency at level B2 or higher.
