📋 Description

• Deliver the payroll module as part of our course “Financial, Balance Sheet and Payroll Accountant with AI and Integration into the German Labor Market” • Classes are conducted in German; participants have a B1–B2 language level • Sessions take place starting at 5:00 PM • Teach both fundamental and advanced payroll topics, including German tax law and social security law • Provide practical introduction to payroll software (e.g., DATEV, Lexware) • Support the instructor team in updating and aligning course materials with the course objectives • Grade and provide feedback on submitted assignments and practical projects • Support learning outcomes through clear communication, structured learning objectives, and constructive feedback • Assist participants in understanding content, including in an online learning environment • Collaborate with coordinators, mentors, and other instructors to ensure a coherent and effective learning path

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting within German companies • Proficient in Lexware • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in clear, accessible language
