📋 Description

• Teach Digital Marketing, promote e-commerce projects, and develop content and advertising strategies. • Provide hands-on introductions to tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, as well as SEO/ASO and marketing analytics. • Teach core marketing processes: Customer Journey Mapping (CJM), sales funnel development, and metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROI, and others. • Foster understanding of branding principles, positioning strategies, and sustainable brand building. • Analyze case studies in digital strategy, content, customer retention, and community management. • Support students in developing their own marketing concepts.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. • Professional experience in the EU, preferably in Germany. • At least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, preferably in roles such as Digital Marketing Specialist, Brand Manager, Performance Manager, Content Lead, or Growth Marketer. • Understanding of AI processes in marketing, particularly automation, personalization, and analytics. • Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level). • Deep knowledge of marketing funnels, CJM, and performance metrics. • Practical experience managing campaigns via Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, as well as search engine and app store optimization (SEO/ASO). • Competence with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Similarweb, Data Studio, Looker Studio, etc.). • Knowledge of branding and digital reputation management. • Ability to teach creatively, strategically, and demonstratively using real-world cases. • Experience in teaching, public speaking, or mentoring is desirable.
