📋 Description

• Launch and manage Meta and Google advertising campaigns to validate growth and marketing hypotheses • Quickly develop basic ad creatives and copy, either independently using AI tools or together with the creative team • Build media plans, forecasts, and funnel projections • Launch campaigns aligned with test objectives and compliance requirements • Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and integration setup across marketing systems • Monitor campaign performance daily and make optimization decisions based on data • Collaborate with the PMM to formulate and prioritize new hypotheses • Manage multiple experiments and campaigns simultaneously • Document and present test results in a clear and structured format • Manage testing budgets responsibly and transparently

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads • Strong technical skills related to campaign setup, tracking, and troubleshooting • Analytical mindset and confidence working with performance metrics and data • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently • Native Russian speaker • English proficiency at C1 level or higher • German proficiency is highly preferred
