• You manage communication with qualified leads after initial contact and build a trusting relationship with them throughout the sales process. • You advise prospective customers about our educational programs and help them find the solution that best fits their needs. • You achieve and exceed your sales targets, actively contributing to the company’s growth. • You process customer orders carefully and document all customer contacts in our CRM system.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in international sales; experience in the EdTech sector is a strong advantage. • German and English at C1–C2 level; Russian is a plus. • Strong communication skills, empathy, customer orientation, and the ability to listen attentively and understand customer needs.
