📋 Description

• Work with a database of dormant and postponed leads. • Make outbound phone calls and communicate with prospects via WhatsApp, Telegram, and email. • Identify each lead's current needs, motivation, and urgency. • Handle common objections such as "It's no longer relevant," "I need more time," "I'm too busy," or "Maybe later." • Schedule career consultation calls with qualified leads. • Record all interactions and agreements in the CRM system. • Follow established scripts while maintaining a natural, confident, and engaging communication style.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) • Confidence in phone communication • Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally • Strong attention to detail and disciplined CRM management • Results-oriented mindset • Ability to manage a high volume of contacts while maintaining quality • Nice to have: Experience in sales, customer support, a call center, or online education. • Nice to have: Experience working with CRM systems. • Nice to have: Experience reactivating dormant leads or working with warm lead databases.
