• Development of the UX/UI Design course curriculum, including lesson structure and defined learning outcomes • Coordination of curriculum approval and individual modules with the academic department • Consulting support for instructors and academic staff on content creation and instructional design • Maintenance of curriculum relevance in line with current UX/UI trends, in collaboration with the academic team • Creation of educational materials and supporting resources to enhance the learning experience
• Strong expertise in User-Centered Design, UX Research, Persona Development, and Design Thinking; • Experience with Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Usability Testing; • Solid understanding of Atomic Design, Design Systems, and UI Kit creation; • Proficiency in Figma (expert level), plus familiarity with Miro, Axure, Adobe XD, and Sketch; • Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and apply UX best practices; • Knowledge of frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and practical collaboration with developers; • Understanding of UX analytics: KPIs, NPS, SUS; • Awareness of cognitive biases and persuasive design (e.g., Cialdini’s Principles); • Native-level Russian and fluent English.
