📋 Description
• Teaching the "UX/UI Design" module as part of the "UX/UI Designer" course scheduled 3-4 times a week, from 9:00 AM to 12:45 PM/3:45 PM (CET). • Conducting practical classes using Figma, Miro, and other prototyping tools. • Proficiency in low-/no-code tools: Webflow. • Checking homework. • Participation in school events (workshops, open lessons, etc.). • Maintaining the course's relevance in collaboration with the academic department.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in UX/UI design (3+ years) with a portfolio showcasing full-cycle projects. • Practical application of design thinking, UX research, and high-fidelity prototyping. • Proficiency in tools: Figma (expert level), Miro, Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch. • Understanding the fundamentals of interaction between UX design and development (HTML/CSS). • Experience with atomic design methodology, UI Kit creation, and design systems. • Skills in working with cognitive biases and persuasion principles (Cialdini's Six Principles). • Understanding of UX analytics: KPIs, NPS, SUS.
