📋 Description

• Architect and design secure, scalable cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP. • Develop and implement cloud migration strategies for enterprise workloads. • Design hybrid and multi-cloud architectures integrating on-premises and cloud-native services. • Optimize cloud environments for performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency. • Implement and manage cloud-native services, serverless computing, and DevOps integration. • Define cloud architecture standards, policies, and best practices for enterprise-wide use. • Collaborate with OIT stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to align solutions with mission and enterprise objectives. • Provide architectural oversight and guidance throughout design, deployment, and transition of cloud solutions. • Contribute to ongoing modernization initiatives, including multi-cloud optimization and enterprise cost management.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in cloud architecture/design • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred; Advanced degree preferred • Proven expertise in: Cloud architecture and design (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Cloud migration and hybrid/multi-cloud strategy • Cloud-native services and security best practices • Performance and scalability optimization • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience influencing enterprise-level technology decisions • Ability to design solutions that balance innovation, performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency • Must be eligible to obtain DHS Suitability clearance • DESIRED: Experience with cloud cost management tools and practices • DESIRED: Experience with serverless computing • DESIRED: Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation in cloud environments
