⢠2+ years in SaaS platform administration, IT operations, or a related operational role. ⢠Comfort with AI/ML concepts. ⢠Experience managing vendor relationships. ⢠Strong troubleshooting skills. ⢠User management and access control experience. ⢠Clear communication skills. ⢠Self-directed work style. ⢠ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
