📋 Description
• Organize, manage, and plan complex projects for Itential’s research, development, and product implementation efforts. • Oversee a team of project managers and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications. • Lead an interdepartmental team to complete projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. • Establish strong client relations and develop relationships at executive levels. • Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors. • Prepare and implement a budget based on estimates. • Conduct risk assessments; report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, Project Management, IT or Engineering strongly preferred. • At least 5+ years of program management experience with progressively complex software engagements • Customer facing experience in an IT Professional Services environment • Excellent communication, verbal, critical thinking & analytical skills. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills. • Attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
