📋 Description

• Review pricing and contract structure to ensure alignment with business, legal, and finance requirements • Calculate margins on deals to ensure each opportunity is meeting gross margin targets • Enforce best practices for the quoting process, pricing guidelines, and overall Deal Desk processes • Escalate approvals to the appropriate business partners and functions for review and approval • Help streamline, standardize, and automate contracting processes to meet internal SLAs • Help support sales with quote and order form creation, including making edits inside of the CPQ system and manually updating order forms • Help manage data integrity and reporting in Salesforce • Help maintain and develop internal documentation relating to standard operating procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a Deal Desk, Order Management, and/or Revenue Operations role • Experience in CRM (Salesforce.com) • Can be self-sufficient and self-managed, especially during crunch time • Detail-oriented and has an analytical approach to proactively solving problems • Strong collaborator with multiple functions with well-versed interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication • Willingness and eagerness to learn on the job • Ability to work and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment • Strong Microsoft Office, GSuite, and Adobe skills
