📋 Description

• Reduce friction and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders by partnering with customer success during technical calls • Answer all functional and technical questions pertaining to the Iterable platform with a focus on mobile offerings • Advocate for customers by learning their pain points and strategize solutions with Customer Success Managers • Provide technical guidance to support mobile integrations, including SDK and mobile partner offerings (Branch, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.) • Become a subject matter expert on Iterable's mobile offerings • Become a trusted advisor to customers’ technical stakeholders • Troubleshoot customers' mobile apps as it relates to the Iterable integration • Scope, manage, and deliver solution specifications • Take ownership of post-sales technical issues, working with cross-functional teams to document problem resolution steps and troubleshooting procedures • Conduct product training and demo new features to increase product adoption • Report to the Solutions Architect Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with HTML, CSS, nodeJS, React Native, and Javascript • Experience developing apps on one or more device platforms, including iOS, Android • Familiarity with APIs to connect mobile applications with back-end services • B2B customer facing experience with a SaaS company • Experience with leading software implementation and support • Experience providing technical consultations to executive-level decision makers • Previous experiencing solving technical problems
