• Generate clear ideas and concepts across media • Produce sketches, storyboards, and roughs to visualize ideas • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience • Take work from concept to final execution • Present completed ideas to team members and clients • Stay interested in advertising and culture • Help push your team towards great work
🎯 Requirements
• 4-6 years of design/art direction experience • Superior design and conceptual skills • Proficient in Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop • Excellent time management & organizational skills • Self Motivated • Experience in both digital and print • Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills • Ability to brainstorm in large groups and push ideas forward • A strong portfolio of work
