📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog • Build and maintain the product roadmap • Translate business requirements into user stories • Align product strategy with stakeholders • Lead agile ceremonies (planning, review, refinement) • Define and track product KPIs • Work with cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, Data, Business) • Support strategic decisions and product evolution • Conduct market and competitive analysis • Ensure continuous improvement with a focus on user experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager • Experience with digital products • Experience with backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) • Analytical, results-oriented profile • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Availability for a hybrid work model • Experience as a Product Owner (plus) • Knowledge of Salesforce (plus) • Experience with agile tools (plus)
