• Create, update, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) • Support product label reviews to ensure required compliance information is accurate • Respond to customer and internal requests for product compliance documentation • Maintain compliance databases, records, and document libraries • Support monitoring of regulatory changes and update documents where required • Work with EHS, R&D, commercial, and operations teams on product compliance matters • Ensure documentation is accurate, organised, and audit-ready • Support continuous improvement of product stewardship processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline • 0–3 years’ experience in SDS, compliance, documentation, quality, regulatory, or similar environment • Strong attention to detail • Good written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational skills • Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines • Good analytical and problem-solving ability • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business systems
