• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with customers and stakeholders • Drive parts sales revenue while maintaining or growing margin • Achieve sales and profitability objectives • Support revenue growth plans for ITW FEG parts market • Track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement • Manage joint partner planning processes and relationships • Provide positive customer service experience • Support research initiatives for market and industry analysis
• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing leadership experience • Master’s in business administration (MBA) is preferred but not required • Strong knowledge and proven capability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives • Experience leveraging sales, marketing, and technical resources to achieve business objectives • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written • Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiating skills • Project management skills • Excellent MS Office (Excel, MSQuery, Access, PowerPoint) capabilities • Financial skills focusing on budget management and investment analysis
