• Proactively identify, develop, and expand customer accounts • Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and consultative selling • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer experience • Take ownership in delivering Sales goals and objectives • Expand share of wallet with existing accounts through customer/plant visits
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Market Development, Account Management, or similar discipline • Industrial capital sales experience preferred • Strong consultative selling skills • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Excellent time management, multitasking and organizational skills • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., D365 Sales CRM), Microsoft Office Suite, and mobile sales tools • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel 50%+
