📋 Description

• Lead web projects for industry-leading clients as part of the Delivery Team • Apply Project Management best practices and the Agile/Scrum framework • Help teams and clients follow the project process • Work with Client Stakeholders and Product Owners to understand and communicate the vision • Keep the project vision visible to the team • Communicate with developers, testers, clients, and stakeholders throughout the company • Foster team self-organization, accountability, and commitment • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and client anxiety • Deliver high-quality results and a memorable project journey • Engage with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, agile coaches, and current Project Management and Scrum practices • Lead an ITX Delivery Team distributed throughout the Americas • Support continuous innovation throughout delivery cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Seasoned Project Manager with Scrum Master experience • Accountability, strong communication, facilitation, interpersonal, and technical aptitude skills • Ability to develop and sustain passion for the client’s vision • Ability to build relationships, communicate with, and present to client stakeholders at various organizational levels • Experience as an IT Project and/or Program Manager managing developers and testers • Experience with website, mobile application, and custom software development projects • Experience as a Scrum Master working with IT and Business organizations • Ability to work independently without close supervision • Ability to facilitate discussions with co-located and virtual team members • Ability to organize project needs into an evolving plan and minimize complexity • Servant leadership experience with a development team through delivery cycles • English proficiency is required • Experience working with US-based companies • Scrum Master certification • Experience as part of a distributed and cross-functional team • Comfortable working with remote team members • Preferred experience with application lifecycle management tools such as JIRA • Proficient in English
