📋 Description

• Design end-to-end GCP-based architectures for conversational platforms, data flows, and integrations • Provide strategic oversight and mentorship to Tech Leads and Delivery Teams • Work closely with client stakeholders, Product Innovation Leads, and Conversation Analysts • Implement analytics and feedback loops to improve chatbot accuracy and user experience • Stay current with GCP advancements, Dialogflow CX updates, and emerging agentic AI trends • Establish a repeatable architecture framework to support multiple lines of business as demand grows.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years designing and implementing cloud-based architectures (GCP preferred) • Strong background in data engineering, ML integration, and API design • Proven experience with Conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow or similar) • Ability to lead technical pods and scale solutions across multiple business units • Expertise in Google Cloud AI/ML services and Dialogflow CX • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and conversational design best practices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
