📋 Description

• Active participation in design and architecture discussions for new features; • Implement and maintain code with a strong focus on security, performance, and best practices; • Code review; • Commitment to learning and improving the skills needed to ensure delivery quality and speed; • Maintain a participative and collaborative attitude, helping the team identify opportunities to improve deliveries; • And all of this using AI to increase quality and shorten delivery timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Ruby on Rails; • Redis; • RESTful APIs; • PostgreSQL database, with knowledge of performance practices and transactional consistency; • Docker; • Experience with queues, messaging systems, and asynchronous processing; • Experience in environments with segregated services (microservices); • English for reading; • Knowledge of OAuth2; • Knowledge of security in financial applications; • Knowledge of general scalability techniques, with emphasis on relational databases; • Knowledge of the internals of the Ruby language and the Rails framework; • Knowledge of AWS services (S3, RDS, EC2, EKS).
