📋 Description

• Lead, motivate and coach Clinical Directors and practice leaders across Ireland Area 1 • Drive operational, commercial and people performance across a network of veterinary practices • Champion colleague wellbeing, engagement and retention initiatives • Support exceptional clinical quality and client care • Identify opportunities to improve performance and develop underperforming practices • Build leadership capability through coaching, mentoring and succession planning • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across practices • Partner with the Area Support Manager and central support functions on strategic initiatives • Support acquisitions and practice integration activities • Own area financial performance, budgets and key business KPIs • Act as an ambassador for the organisation’s culture, values and strategic priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Significant leadership experience, including coaching and developing senior leaders • Proven track record of delivering strong business results • Experience managing multiple sites, regions or locations • Strong commercial and operational acumen • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Ability to inspire, motivate and engage diverse teams • Experience driving performance improvement and organisational change • Strong financial understanding, including budget management and KPI delivery • High levels of emotional intelligence, resilience and adaptability • Full, valid driving licence • Willingness to travel extensively across Ireland
