📋 Description
• Lead and deliver CMA Market Investigation change projects across UK practices, ensuring delivery to time, quality and budget. • Develop, maintain and own project plans, scopes and timelines, incorporating input from subject matter experts. • Implement changes empathetically, working closely with Training and Communications teams to ensure effective adoption. • Provide clear progress updates and risk communication to senior stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience managing complex change projects or programmes. • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholder groups. • Confident working within matrixed teams and programmes spanning multiple business functions. • Solid understanding of different project delivery frameworks and where to apply them. • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to perform under pressure. • Strong IT capability, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
