📋 Description

• Oversee ETL, Mobile, and Platform engineering teams • Ensure day-to-day operations meet enterprise customer expectations • Drive architecture evolution to meet enterprise scale • Partner with Research, Product, and Security teams to align priorities • Define and report on engineering KPIs to leadership • Collaborate with CTO on platform security architecture • Implement and refine engineering processes for quality and compliance • Recruit and grow high-performing teams for innovation and discipline

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in leadership or management roles. • Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams. • Track record of building and scaling enterprise-grade platforms with high availability, performance, and security requirements. • Strong background in platform security and cloud/on-prem hybrid architectures. • Experience managing and reporting on engineering KPIs - including uptime, latency, error rates, and development velocity. • Deep understanding of software development processes (Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps) and modern tooling. • Strong technical foundation in distributed systems, networking, and data pipelines. • Experience collaborating with Product and Security teams to align technical priorities with customer outcomes. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
