📋 Description

• Coordinating required maintenance and repair of clinic sites, including building and grounds maintenance and space management. • Translating strategic decisions into facility-level operational plans and managing the planning and execution of facility initiatives. • Overseeing facility projects such as major capital improvements, clinic upgrades, and remodel projects. • Managing third-party contractors and vendors nurturing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. • Supporting and leading the implementation of our new Maintenance Management System roll out. • Performing monthly "Facility Audits" to identify and resolve deficiencies, ensuring clinics are held to standards of excellence. • Developing and maintaining pipeline tracking tools and implementing project governance processes and performance metrics. • Presenting project status, project lists, and recommendations to the Senior Management Team. • Monitoring project scope, timelines, and costs while identifying and mitigating risks and challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in facilities or program management, preferably in high-growth multi-site healthcare or retail settings. • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and experience with work-order systems (i.e., Service Channel preferred) and pipeline tracking tools (Smartsheet). • Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a positive, service-focused attitude. • Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to read architectural drawings and lease documents. • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and the ability to work independently as a self-starter. • Ability to travel approximately 10-15% of the time as needed for field meetings and site audits.
