📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and IWPR MEL Officer • Conduct evaluations of the project activities and outcomes to ensure they align with the objectives • Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and data for evaluation purposes • Prepare and submit evaluation reports detailing findings and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of a Master's degree in a relevant field (political science, sociology, international relations, government accountability, media and similar disciplines) • At least 8 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned fields with proven experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research, in particular in conducting evaluations of complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the areas of peacebuilding, media, conflict and/or organisational governance and theory-based evaluations • Experience in the evaluation of organisational and individual resilience to disinformation, media literacy, organisation sustainability. Gender expertise should also be a tangible part of the team • Experience with quantitative data analysis software or the ability to subcontract work (if quantitative analysis method is proposed) • Excellent report writing skills in English. Knowledge of Ukrainian will be considered an advantage • Excellent facilitation and interviewing skills • Demonstrable previous experience in leading Outcome Harvesting evaluations • Knowledge of the socio-cultural, economic and political context of Ukraine • Ability to conduct in person interviews/meetings • If it is a national evaluation team: complete documentation and valid and up to date authorisation to operate in Ukraine (tax number and VAT number) for the firm.
