📋 Description

• Take over pre-qualified consultation appointments from the appointment-setting team • Conduct professional video calls with managing directors and business owners • Identify specific AI needs within companies • Demonstrate the value of the training program and guide conversations toward closing • Work with a proven sales guide and established processes • Answer open questions and secure final commitments • Conduct follow-ups and ensure a structured handover to the administration team • Document conversations and handovers • Contribute sales experience and continuously improve the closing process • Engage in self-reflection and help shape processes and ongoing developments

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of B2B sales experience with a proven C-level track record • Successful negotiation experience with managing directors and business owners • Experience selling complex products • Demonstrable, measurable success in influencing decision-makers • Ability to listen, overcome objections, and build trust • Disciplined use of CRM systems, scripts, and clearly defined handover processes • Ability to independently organize 15–20 hours per week • Reliable ability to work from a home office • Professional technical setup, including microphone, camera, lighting, and stable Wi-Fi • Willingness to support people and companies in the age of AI • Application via a short video of no more than 3 minutes
