📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • The Project Manager, Supply Chain, will oversee/lead supply chain projects to ensure efficient and effective operations. • This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and project management in multiple sectors.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within supply chain and logistics environments. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. • Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion. • Identify opportunities for improving supply chain processes and implement best practices. • Manage supply chain projects related to procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners. • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other key stakeholders. • Facilitate meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Conduct regular risk assessments and update risk management plans as needed. • Ensure contingency plans are in place for critical supply chain operations. • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. • Track project expenses and provide regular financial reports. • Allocate resources effectively to meet project demands and optimize efficiency. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success. • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-faced environment. • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
