โข Respond promptly to player inquiries about gameplay, features, and technical issues โข Help players troubleshoot account, payment, and gameplay problems โข Guide players on rules, strategies, and ongoing promotions โข Log and track interactions using our support platform โข Escalate complex issues to development and QA teams as needed โข Flag recurring player feedback trends to help improve the product
๐ฏ Requirements
โข 2+ years of customer service experience (gaming industry a plus) โข Excellent written and verbal English communication skills โข Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed under pressure โข Comfort working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays (24/7 support coverage) โข Basic proficiency with CRM or customer support tools
