📋 Description

• Design, analyze, modify, and integrate robotics, automation technologies, and processes related to equipment and tooling • Develop, implement, and test preventative maintenance plans and interim solutions for damaged or unsafe equipment and tooling • Investigate and document engineering changes • Control equipment and tooling configuration according to standard operating procedures • Lead project delivery across automation system design, analysis, integration, and validation • Define architectures, specifications, and acceptance criteria • Guide test planning, data collection, and performance verification • Drive reliability and maintainability improvements • Manage change control, documentation, and configuration integrity • Coordinate cross-functional interfaces and readiness for deployment • Embed safety, quality, and compliance in solutions • Mentor contributors and promote standardized practices

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires 4–8 years of experience • Typically College or university degree required • Advanced proficiency in automation principles, robotics, and system integration • Ability to plan and manage scope, schedule, and risk • Ability to analyze complex datasets and test evidence • Knowledge of reliability, maintainability, and validation methodologies • Ability to lead continuous improvement and standardization initiatives • Ukrainian: повна вища освіта (ступінь бакалавра або магістра) є обов’язковою • English proficiency at B1+ level or higher
