📋 Description

• Establish systems and procedures to ensure staff awareness of and compliance with requirements • Coordinate and conduct internal-controls assessments • Lead specialized compliance initiatives and continuous improvement projects • Monitor global regulatory changes and evaluate business impact • Develop and implement tailored compliance policies and controls • Advise leadership on strategic compliance decisions • Represent the organization in external forums and audits • Integrate compliance across business functions through collaboration • Drive training and communication efforts to enhance compliance maturity • Contribute to global compliance strategy and regional alignment • Guide compliance tasks with focus and consistency • Solve issues quickly, share updates clearly, support teamwork across regions, improve processes, and encourage learning

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires 8–12 years of experience • Typically college or university degree required • Deep expertise in global compliance frameworks, regulatory environments, and risk management practices • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Effective communication and influencing across stakeholders • Ability to interpret and operationalize legal requirements into policies and controls • Experience managing compliance programs and metrics across business functions • Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive alignment across geographically dispersed teams
