• Participate in regional and cross-functional IT projects, ensuring alignment with business needs. • Provide third-line support and analysis for our Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES and MES4). • Work closely with Site SME's and DF teams, IT Support Teams and counterparts in the other Regions. • Identify and propose continuous improvements in business tools and processes supported by MES and other IT systems. • Support documentation, training, and change management efforts to maximize adoption and success of IT solutions.
• Experience with Jabil MES systems and MES4.0 Ecosystem configurations and functionalities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). • Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions. • Willingness to travel regionally, if needed. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field. • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
