• Define, develop and implement a sales strategy • Develop trust with customer or potential customer • Understand the Jabil selling process • Qualify new potential customers with guidance from Sr. Management • Responsible for customer satisfaction and good client relationships • Develop an understanding of the workcell and business unit strategies • Work closely with Business Development, Operations, and legal groups for quote and contract development • Knowledge of SalesForce and its use to target new customers • Prepare timely forecasts for the sales department • Create customer/product penetration strategies and deployment • Interpret and communicate customer requirements • Develop RFQ analysis and present formal presentation to customer • Promote Jabil’s capabilities, footprint and services to new customers • Lead commercial negotiations with new customers • Identify and pursue new business opportunities • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders • Develop and execute effective sales strategies
• 3-5 years of sales experience in the EMS/CM industry • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area; MBA preferred or a combination of education, experience and/or training • Prior contract manufacturing sales experience highly preferred • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets • Understanding of manufacturing processes, design, and engineering principles • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts • Fluency in German • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Strong customer focus, with a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing industry • Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry • Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements
