📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support for new team members, including onboarding and training • Develop and maintain demand, supply, and inventory plans within defined planning horizons • Contribute to forecast creation and validation using statistical models and business inputs • Translate demand forecasts into production, procurement, and inventory plans considering constraints • Support S&OP / IBP processes through data preparation, analysis, and reporting • Analyze forecast performance, including accuracy, bias, and trends, and support continuous improvement • Support scenario planning by evaluating risks and alternative supply and demand scenarios • Maintain planning master data such as safety stock, lead times, and lot sizes • Monitor planning exceptions and coordinate resolution with cross-functional stakeholders • Track KPIs such as service levels, forecast accuracy, and inventory performance • Support continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or related roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with planning systems and data tools (e.g., Excel)
