📋 Description
• Design, build, and deploy advanced CRM setups, project management systems, and automation workflows. • Implement data pipelines and analytics dashboards, giving law firm owners real-time visibility into firm performance. • Lead AI training and embed practical, effective AI use into daily operations for clients.
🎯 Requirements
• 2–5 years’ experience deploying and configuring CRMs, PM systems, automation tools, and/or AI applications. • Strong client communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. • A systems thinker and builder who enjoys designing, refining, and optimising operational workflows.
