📋 Description

• Responsibility for a defined customer base in the retail and petrol station sector, as well as acquisition of new customers within the assigned sales territory • Revenue and target responsibility: Achieving set sales targets and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies • Throughput and expansion of distribution, ensuring economical stock levels at customer locations and promoting product sell-through through targeted sales promotions • Strengthening brand representation by maintaining, securing, and expanding "Perfect Shelf" concepts on shelves • Advising and influencing customers according to market and customer situations with sales-oriented planning, product supply, primary and secondary placements, and initiating promotional measures • Active selling, particularly within KAM promotions, in-store marketing campaigns, and coupon campaigns • Efficient route planning based on a defined visit sequence and customer-specific special tours using CRM software (Salesforce) • Representing our company at trade fairs and markets, preparing reports and feedback from the region to the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• EU citizenship and/or a valid work permit required • Completed commercial vocational training or higher • Several years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods sales • Strong sales and negotiation skills and experience in customer account management • Independent working style with a high degree of initiative and flexibility • Excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and team orientation • Analytical thinking • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset • Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems • Strong alignment with our company values • High willingness to travel within Germany and to stay overnight as required • Fluent in German and basic knowledge of English • Driver’s license class B (car)
