📋 Description

• Establish an efficient route schedule of stores with accounts in an assigned area. • Ability to comprehend period sales, programs, and promotions to achieve successful sales, distribution, and placement of products. • Analyze and explore the market to identify opportunities for new products, service, and shelf space in current and new accounts. • Ability to handle customer complaints and issues and solve them with assistance of management. • Maintain and update the condition of in store display units and sales material. • Maintain professional relationships with customers while establishing good communication to aide in the increase of sales. • Ability to rotate and maintain accurate inventory of products in store and on truck using the FIFO system. • Able to use technology, cloud software program (Encompass), to track day to day activities such as: truck inventory, store inventories, product returns, credits and invoices. • Track expenses in app-based software (Concur). • Able to manage company vehicle maintenance schedule with direct supervisor. • Strong time management and organizational skills/ sense of urgency. • Overnight stay required at company expense. • This position will typically start at 4 am to match our customer’s schedule.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Must possess a valid divers license and have a good driving record • Ability to safely lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds as part of regular job duties.
