📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations showcasing the Jadu Platform • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions • Provide technical and functional support during the sales process, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing technical proposals • Support US Alliance team and partners from point of sale through deployment and handover of the platform • Act as single point of contact for partners during deployment, coordinate internal teams and partner communication • Work with product management and engineering to relay customer feedback and influence product roadmap • Stay abreast of product updates and industry trends and train/support partners and customers on product capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role within the software/technology sector • Strong understanding of web technologies and digital transformation strategies, particularly in the public sector and enterprise software • Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly and persuasively • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, demonstrations, and partner support • Experience with CRM systems, low-code platforms, and cloud solutions is highly desirable
