🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in production software, 2+ in production AI/ML • Hands-on experience building RAG systems (dense, sparse, hybrid retrieval) over real data • Experience building retrieval eval frameworks that measure hallucination risk • Track record shipping AI agents with observability and human-in-the-loop controls • Proficient with Python, LangGraph, ChromaDB, Neo4j, RAGAS, DeepEval, Docker • Strong technical writing and documentation skills • Professional written English
