📋 Description
• Build strong, trusted relationships across Jane, helping teams stay connected to real customer needs and bringing curiosity and empathy into how decisions are made • Deliver clear, actionable insights that influence product direction and help teams understand what truly creates a delightful experience • Raise the bar for research quality and consistency by building on existing practices and supporting others to run thoughtful, effective research in their day-to-day work • Create and improve systems, tools, and practices that make research more accessible, scalable, and easy to apply across multiple teams • Consistently prioritize and deliver meaningful research in a fast-moving environment, balancing speed with depth while focusing on the highest-impact opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or a similar role • Experience working cross-functionally and communicating effectively with a wide range of partners, including senior leaders • Strong research craft, including framing problems, selecting appropriate methodologies, and synthesizing insights into clear, compelling narratives • Experience helping others run better research, whether through coaching, systems, or shared practices • Familiarity with using AI or automation tools in research workflows, with good judgment on where they add value and where human insight is critical
