📋 Description

• Provide on-site technical support during installation, commissioning, testing, and handover of BESS projects • Support senior engineers in supervising installation activities and verifying compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements • Participate in system commissioning, functional testing, and grid connection activities • Resolve on-site technical issues related to electrical installation and system integration, escalating complex issues when required • Support project acceptance, punch-list resolution, and final technical handover to customers • Respond to customer technical enquiries via remote or on-site support and ensure timely issue resolution • Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and system performance issues • Manage after-sales service activities through the service management system, including documentation and work-order closure • Coordinate with engineering, product, technical support, and Sales teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction • Support customer training on system operation, routine maintenance, and safety procedures • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex technical issues • Collect and communicate customer feedback, technical issues, and field observations for product improvements • Maintain technical knowledge through ongoing training and certification programs • Support spare-parts inventory management and maintain service tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technical discipline • Typically 2–4 years of experience in field service, commissioning, site engineering, maintenance, or technical support within power systems, inverters, power electronics, electrical infrastructure, MV/HV installations, renewable energy, or a related technical industry • Good understanding of electrical systems, inverters, power electronics, MV/HV equipment, power conversion equipment, or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) • Previous BESS experience is advantageous but not required • Experience supporting electrical installation, maintenance, commissioning, or troubleshooting activities • Ability to interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and single-line schematics • Basic knowledge of electrical safety standards and grid-connected electrical systems is preferred • Relevant local language: C1 (professional working proficiency) • English: C1 (professional working proficiency) • Valid driver's license • Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Practical understanding of electrical systems, electrical testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning fundamentals • Structured, detail-oriented, and safety-focused working style • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently while seeking guidance and technical support when required • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills • High adaptability and willingness to travel extensively • Very frequent travel across Eastern Europe, estimated at least 50% of working time
